This idea of Biscuit Processing Machine is due to our influence from our senior project Bread Toaster Machine and from other country Ice-cream Topping Machine. By influences of these 2 ideas, we consider another new idea, which is biscuit, instead of bread or ice-cream. But, before this idea, we implement a prototype idea, which is called Automated Filler Burger, but we scrap that idea due to the idea is almost as Bread Toaster Machine and have some mechanism that can be solve due to high cost. This project title Biscuit Processing Machine, which the purpose is to top up a stash (liquidized with some little solid sugar or a liquidized honey) to the top of the biscuit. By locally, we can get this product through supermarket or mini-market, so thats why we implement this idea. The initial idea is that we make a conveyor to process a biscuit, but due to the cost of making a conveyor and wear and tear often occur, so we change these ideas to something rotating that we get the idea from another country, which is Ice-cream Topping Machine. Another idea is that we implement a sensor, dispensing system and a passive heater to our project. The 1st step is a sensor, we need a sensor to sense the biscuit to make sure that the biscuit is placed on the round rotate-able tray before the operation start. 2nd, we installed a dispensing system to inject the stash on top of the biscuit, we use the DC water pump to pump out the liquid.
