We got this toaster oven a year ago, so far really happy with it. As other reviewers mentioned, it does not toast 4 slices of bread. 3 max.
And there are other things it can’t do like roast a chicken or make brownies. This is a simple , well made toaster- it does what it is advertised to do very well
(though you do have to be on top of it and keep an eye on your toast). The best part is, it takes up no space. So for us, who live in a studio with a kitchenette, it has turned out to be Completely melted cheese toaster, a sandwich, grilled red peppers are hot, so even a small tray to the counter space, sometimes people in need of bread and some suggest.

The oven selector allows you to use just the top rack, just the bottom rack, or both. It even has a Bagel Best option which activates just the middle heating element – and that means your cut side gets toasted while the exterior gets warm. With all these options you can bake, toast, and reheat or warm foods. The time also has a Bagel Best option, as well as timing for up to 15 minutes. Unlike toasters this unit can accommodate really thick breads and pastries, yet its small footprint won’t take up more space than a toaster.

Great product!
GOOD: Saves counter space. Toasts quickly and evenly. Non-traditional heating elements. Large rubber feet.
NEUTRAL: Three heating elements (top, middle, bottom). Only the bottom rack is removable (at least as far as I have been able to determine). EACH RACK is only large enough to hold two English muffins (possibly two bagels), but will not hold two pieces of bread (unless they are pretty small).
I would recommend this product.
Damage
I received my item damaged.
When I opened the box, the oven was dented (almost crushed) on the sides and bottom as if it had been under great pressure or heavy weight.
Replacement
This order was a replacement for an item purchased in Japan forty years ago. I was very happy to be able to find one so much like the old one. I am enjoying it very much. This one is an inch or too bigger but much the same. Anyone with a small kitchen will like the size. The timer is great and of course prevents burning the food when you get tied up on the phone. I hope this one lasts as long as the first one. Thanks for making it avaliable.
Toaster Oven
I had the smaller brother to this model for years until I accidentally burned it up. This model is bigger than the 5W, but just as good. It gives you lots of room to toast the big items with ease. The hardest part for me it relearning the timer settings. I highly recommend this toaster over any other conventional toaster. You will love it....

The little trays it comes with are great for melting cheese, making hot sandwiches, and i even roast red peppers in it sometimes. Highly recommended for people who like toast and have little to no counter space.
